2023 Eclipse Cross to Feature Standard Super All-Wheel Control

For the first time in the model's history, all Eclipse Cross models sold in the U.S. will be outfitted with Mitsubishi’s Super All-Wheel Control (S-AWC) all-wheel drive system as standard equipment. Team Mitsubishi Ralliart to compete in the Asia Cross Country Rally with Mitsubishi Motors providing technical support

Mitsubishi Motors Corporation announced that Team Mitsubishi Ralliart will compete in this year’s Asia Cross Country Rally (AXCR) with Mitsubishi Motors’ technical support. Mark Chaffin Appointed Mitsubishi Motors North America CEO as Company Bolsters Leadership Team with Several Executive Appointments and Promotions

Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA) announced the appointment of Mark Chaffin as president and CEO, replacing Yoichi Yokozawa. Chaffin has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry and, since joining MMNA in 2007, has held roles of COO, VP of Fixed Operations and Director, Parts Operations.

Mitsubishi Motors Reports Strong First Quarter Sales Led By Record Sales Of All-New Outlander

MMNA recently reported strong sales across the first quarter of 2022, building on momentum set in 2021 that saw the brand end the year as the fastest-growing non-luxury company in the industry. Total quarterly sales for the brand in Q1 were 26,400. When considering retail sales alone, the brand saw an increase of 44.7% over the same period in 2021.

MMNA's flagship vehicle, the all-new 2022 Outlander, continued to lead the brand's sales success for the quarter, with 13,065 total vehicles sold, a 218.2% year-over-year increase. Q1 2022 also represented the best-ever retail-only quarter for the nameplate since launch in 2002.
