MITSUBISHI CONNECT – Eclipse Cross Ride and Drive
Summary:
With the launch of the all-new Eclipse Cross, Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. is launching its new connected vehicle services program called MITSUBISHI CONNECT. This innovative platform of services provides vehicle owners with a safe, secure and convenient driving experience.
MITSUBISHI CONNECT will be available on select trims of the Eclipse Cross, and is provided through a simple, subscription-based service. These services are enabled through a factory-installed, embedded Telematics Control Unit equipped with 4G LTE and GPS capability within the vehicle.
Accessing Services:
MITSUBISHI CONNECT services are activated through a simple customer registration and vehicle pairing process using the My MITSUBISHI CONNECT app on select Apple and Android devices.
Two in-vehicle buttons connect the vehicle to a call center – one being the SOS Emergency Assistance button and the other an Information/Roadside Assistance button.
MITSUBISHI CONNECT can be paired with both Amazon Alexa-enabled devices, and the Google Assistant on eligible Android phones, iPhones and Google Home™.
Two Year Trial Service Package:
MITSUBISHI CONNECT is provided as a two-year trial period that includes both the Safeguard and Remote Service packages. Customers are able to continue these services beyond the trial period by purchasing subscription package through the My MITSUBISHI CONNECT app, the Owner's Portal or by calling MITSUBISHI CONNECT Customer Care. Following the initial two-year trial period, Mitsubishi connected car subscription services will be available starting at $99 per year (only available in the United States).
