Mitsubishi Motors Motor Sports provides Dakar Rally 2006 information

Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) today announces Dakar 2006 pre-registration instructions to receive media materials prior to and during the Rally. The 2006 Dakar Rally starts in Lisbon Jan. 1, 2006 and crosses the Dakar finish line Jan. 15, 2006. This year, Mitsubishi Motors Motor Sports seeks its sixth successive and 11th overall win. The Mitsubishi Teams have a strong four-car driver lineup, including the French pairing of Peterhansel/ Cottret and Alphand/Picard, joined by Roma/Magne from Spain and Japanese drivers Masuoka/ Maimon.
