FRANKLIN, Tenn., Feb. 24, 2025 – Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA) today announced complete pricing and packaging for the new 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander, the brand's flagship SUV. Thanks to a mid-cycle refresh focused on elevated refinement and enhancement of the driver and passenger experience, the award-winning Outlander moves into 2025 with updates to drivability, interior and exterior styling, and an industry-leading in-car entertainment system developed by the audio experts at YAMAHA®.

Inside, the new Outlander has been re-engineered specifically for the integration of YAMAHA® audio systems to bring the interior experience to new levels. Additional strategically placed sound insulation material achieves a reduction of more than 0.5dB in road noise and nearly 6dB in overall sound isolation compared to the 2024 model. For 2025, the use of steel for the hood and front fenders enhances the vehicle's NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) damping characteristics.

Dynamic enhancements to the 2025 Outlander include a more precise retuned power steering system and recalibrated springs, shock absorbers, and stabilizer bars, providing better ride and handling, greater drivability and enhanced confidence behind the wheel.

In addition, the refresh includes a redesigned center console with a more functional area for wireless mobile phone charging, larger armrests and more storage, as well as revised controls and cupholders. New, even more premium materials include an all-new semi-aniline leather interior in Brick Brown and a new light gray synthetic leather interior with suede-like inserts. And, for the first time, ventilated seats are available.

On the outside, the 2025 Outlander features new 18” and 20” alloy wheel designs; an updated front grille and bumper; revised, full-LED, smoked-finish taillights; and an elegant new tri-coat paint shade. The restyled front upper-grille is smoother and more integrated than before, allowing the clamshell-style hood – a feature typically found on luxury vehicles – and the available “Outlander” hood script, to stand out more clearly. The revised grille is now attached to the main grille/bumper, rather than lifting with the hood.

All-new Moonstone Gray Metallic paint brings a sharp blue glow to the solid-like gray by combining the interference of light from blue with the reflected light from aluminum. Three separate outer layers of color deliver a striking blend of color, depth, and distinction. Meanwhile, the revised rear lights incorporate the Grand Horizon design approach, again expressing stability through the T-shaped design. The LED lighting emphasizes width, harmonizing with the horizon. For 2025, the lens is treated with a smoked finish delivering a rich, deep almost three-dimensional look to the lenses.

From the entry-level front-wheel-drive ES model, with its Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $29,645¹, to the top-of-the-line SEL Platinum Edition with Mitsubishi Motors' signature Super All-Wheel Control (S-AWC) all-wheel-drive system and an MSRP of $43,145¹, value continues to be a Mitsubishi Motors hallmark.

Every 2025 Outlander includes as standard: three rows of seating for up to seven passengers, full LED lighting inside and out, frameless auto-dimming mirror, 12.3" navigation screen with HD Traffic Information, YAMAHA® audio with wireless Apple® CarPlay and Android Auto^TM2, USB-C power ports, multi-zone automatic climate control, and a full suite of driver-alert and safety features. All models are powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine paired with a constant velocity transmission (CVT) with eight-speed sport mode.

Outlander ES
For 2025, the Outlander ES starts with the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) starting at $29,645¹ for a front-wheel-drive model, continued proof of Mitsubishi Motors' legendary value story, and $31,445 for an S-AWC model. All 2025 Outlander ES models receive new 18-inch alloy wheels, wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto^TM, front USB-C ports, a new 12.3-inch Smartphone-link Display Audio w/ Navigation and SiriusXM® 360L with a three-month all-access trial, and a YAMAHA® Premium 8-speaker audio system. On S-AWC models, heated front seats are offered as standard equipment.

Outlander SE
Building on the current generation, Outlander SE models receive new 20-inch two-tone alloy wheels for 2025 and an available light gray interior. An updated 15W Smartphone Wireless Charger is also offered as standard, and a new YAMAHA® ULTIMATE 12-speaker premium audio system comes standard for audiophiles seeking value in SE models equipped with the Tech Package.

Outlander SEL
Adding more comfort and refinement to Mitsubishi Motors' best-selling model, the 2025 Outlander SEL now comes standard with a new quilting pattern stitched into its leather seating surfaces, aluminum sport pedals, and ventilated front seats. 2025 Outlander SEL models equipped with the Premium Package are treated to a new YAMAHA® ULTIMATE 12-speaker premium audio system and a new semi-aniline premium leather interior in Brick Brown.

Outlander Platinum Edition
Continued for 2025, the Outlander Platinum Edition provides customers with the ultimate refinement that Mitsubishi Motors has to offer. Building on 2025 Outlander SEL models equipped with S-AWC, the 2025 Outlander Platinum Edition features exclusive Black Diamond paint with an Alloy Silver Metallic roof, light gray leather interior, a YAMAHA® ULTIMATE 12-speaker premium audio system, and a Digital Rearview Mirror with Rear Camera and HomeLink® capability.
