CYPRESS, Calif. – Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA) today announced the appointment of Kiran Udeshi to the position of West Regional Director.

Udeshi comes to MMNA with over 20 years of automotive industry experience, including corporate and regional positions in sales, parts and services and market representation. He has held various roles at Hyundai Motor America and Nissan North America, Inc. His most recent job was Senior Manager of Regional Sales Operations for Hyundai Motor America.

"We recently solidified plans to increase our U.S. field operations from two zone offices to four to demonstrate Mitsubishi Motors' commitment to the North American market," said Mark Chaffin, chief operating officer, MMNA. "Kiran's vast experience and knowledge of the industry will serve our brand and the West region well."

Udeshi will begin his new role September 12, 2018.
